At MetaModernity, every product we offer is curated, crafted, or finished with intention. From jerseys and collectibles to laser-engraved and 3D-printed pieces, our work sits at the intersection of soccer culture and handmade creation. Because of this, we approach returns with clarity, fairness, and respect for both our customers and the process behind each item.

We encourage customers to review product photos, descriptions, and sizing details carefully before purchasing. Many of our items are produced in limited quantities or finished by hand, which means slight variations are part of what makes each piece unique. These variations are not flaws, but a reflection of the craft and care involved in the process.

That said, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will always make it right. Our goal is for every order to arrive exactly as intended, and we stand behind the quality of our work. Issues like shipping damage or clear production errors are handled promptly and fairly.

For reasons outside of defects or damage—such as sizing preferences or changes of mind—we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. This allows us to stay flexible while also respecting the time, materials, and effort that go into each product. Certain items, especially custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces, may not be eligible for return due to their personalized nature.
